Spiritual gay & bisexual men's life coaching to life live unapologetically

Gay life coaching for unlocking your full potential

You've come a long way as an LGBT person. Maybe you thought you were finally free to live a joyful life as a gay man. Then you started to notice that everyone around you wants you to look or act a certain way. It seems that gay or straight, everyone is judging your life experience and expression. To make things more challenging you might also be experiencing:

  • Boredom or frustration with your career goals
  • Loneliness and the desire for community and quality friendships
  • Frustration around dating and a deep desire to meet "the one"
  • Questions about the existence or nature of a higher power and struggles on your spiritual journey
  • Unresolved questions or doubts about your sexual identity
  • Pressure to adapt or change (to lose weight, be less fem, etc)

Believe me! I understand because as a gay man, I've had similar experiences in my life. That's why I offer life coaching services to queer individuals. I've learned a few things on my journey which have given me a unique perspective on the specific needs of gay and bisexual men.

Living your best life means that things are going well across all parts of your life. Below are 6 of the main areas in which gay or bisexual men sometimes struggle. We can work on issues in any or all of these areas to help you live life unapologetically out and proud.

Career

Are you dissatisfied with your job or career? Maybe you feel the desire to have a positive impact on other members of the LGBT community and are considering a new career. Or maybe you're struggling with making the decision to be out at work.

Many gay and bisexual men struggle with work-life balance or finding meaning in their work.

Dating

Dating can be an extremely frustrating experience for a lot of gay and bi men. Finding opportunities to meet gay men can be daunting. Not to mention that sometimes finding someone that shares your values or ideas about relationships can be tough. And if you're a bisexual man, you may feel that you're not fully accepted by other gay men.

And what if your idea of a relationship doesn't fit in the neat box of monogamy or marriage? We can explore these issues in coaching.

Community & Friends

Making friends as an adult can be difficult. It's sometimes even more difficult to make friends in the LGBTQ+ community.

Often people find the community unaccepting or fragmented which can make it difficult to find true connections. Through coaching, you can develop new strategies for connecting with other gay and bi men.

Purpose

You might be feeling like you want more meaning in your life. Maybe you wonder if there's a greater purpose that you would like to fulfill.

Spiritual coaching is the perfect environment to really explore the idea of purpose and your place in the world.

Spirituality

Many gay or bisexual men have experienced trauma at the hands of organized religion. You may have been turned off to spirituality initially but now you're wondering about a higher power. You might be looking to find your own spiritual path that honors all of who you are. Spirituality can contribute to your emotional well-being when it's supportive and loving.

Authenticity

Many gay or bisexual men have experienced trauma at the hands of organized religion. You may have been turned off to spirituality initially but now you're wondering about a higher power. You might be looking to find your own spiritual path that honors all of who you are. Spirituality can contribute to your emotional well-being when it's supportive and loving.

About Me

Hello!

I'm Julian Crosson-Hill, ACC. I came out as a gay man during college in the late 1980s. Ever since then, I've been on a journey toward living my most authentic life full of connection with other gay and bi men, purpose, spiritual growth, and success. Several years ago, I took the next step by leaving a career that no longer excited me, in order to become a life coach. Today, I'm the owner of Priest of Inanna, LLC and an International Coaching Federation certified life coach in private practice.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is spiritual gay and bisexual men's life coaching?

Spiritual gay and bisexual men's life coaching is a creative and collaborative process in which a client partners with a coach to discover previously unknown and untapped resources and insights for personal development. As a gay life coach, it is my desire for LGBTQ individuals to have the tools to live their best lives.

What is the difference between Spiritual coaching vs life coaching?

The primary difference is in the tools that your coach uses. Spiritual coaches still use many of the same tools that a life coach uses. But a spiritual coach will also use spiritual tools like guide visualization, mediation, and others. A spiritual life coach incorporates the client's idea of a higher power and the client's relationship with their higher power into the coaching process.

Will you support me outside of our sessions?

Absolutely! As your coach, I'm in your corner to cheer you on, encourage you, listen to you vent, and in general be supportive as you move into living life unapologetically. The best way to receive support from me outside of our sessions is to send me a voice message through the free Voxer app. Voxer allows me to respond to you with a voice message which allows me to more freely communicate with you.

How much does spiritual gay and bisexual men's life coaching cost?

I know that you're probably thinking that working with a gay life coach is expensive. You might find it to be more affordable than you think. Working with me is priced by the month (with a 3-month minimum commitment). Most clients pay between $350 and $700 per month depending on how frequently we meet.

How long does it take?

I would plan on a minimum of 3 months to see the best results in coaching. Most of my clients work with me for 3-6 months at a time. But you'll never be rushed. I've had clients work with me longer in the past so that is certainly an option for you. We'll work at your pace and take as long as you need.
